Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for courses and new membership offering
  • Refine customer journey and oversee product development through all phases from concept to launch
  • Prioritize features based on business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
  • Monitor key metrics and adjust strategy based on performance data
  • Manage product updates
  • Manage Customer Service team to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with Head of Sales and Marketing and Head of Content Marketing, advocating for customer and product needs

Membership Launch and Community Management

  • Partner with Head of Sales and Marketing to define pricing tiers and promotional offers
  • Coordinate with Head of Content Marketing to identify exclusive content for membership levels
  • Oversee community support initiatives within the membership platform
  • Design and implement engagement strategies for membership retention

Content and Curriculum Planning

  • Collaborate with CEOs on curriculum planning and learning pathways
  • Design and optimize lead magnet ideas to drive membership conversions
  • Consult on webinar content planning

Research, Feedback, and Optimization

  • Design and implement feedback surveys
  • Analyze customer survey results to inform product decisions
  • Share user insights and behavior patterns with sales and marketing teams

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with CEOs to create long-term vision for product ecosystem and membership growth
  • Identify opportunities for new features or offerings based on market trends
  • Balance innovation with maintenance of existing products
  • Align product strategy with overall company objectives

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of online product management experience, preferably in digital education, membership platforms, or community management.
  • Proven track record of leading product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with customer journey optimization, feature prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
  • Highly organized, driven, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and always eager to learn
