Who You Are:

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process and client relationships for all senior-level and executive positions within the organization. This role requires a strategic and consultative approach to identify, attract, and engage top talent in alignment with the company's goals and culture.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top executive talent.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and the desired qualifications.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Identify potential candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and social media
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and transparent communication.
  • Manage candidate expectations regarding the selection process, timelines, and feedback.
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new executive hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and labor market conditions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular reports on key metrics and outcomes.



Requirements for consideration:

  • 7-10+ years of recruiting management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
  • Proven experience sourcing and closing profiles in executive level positions
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR technologies.

Location: This is a remote role

Salary: Starting at $50/ hour

Position Type: Contract up to 6 months with extension upon performance evaluation
