Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with Optimum’s mission and goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with Optimum’s luxury positioning and service offerings (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, wellness therapies).
• Forecast revenue, set pricing strategies, and identify high-margin service opportunities.
• Develop and execute Rev Ops strategies to optimize client conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead sales initiatives including staff training, upselling techniques, and KPI management across customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, lead funnel metrics, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to design and execute campaigns focused on lead acquisition and client engagement.
• Analyze ROI of campaigns and adjust strategy based on performance.
• Leverage CRM and client data to drive personalized outreach and promotions.
• Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs to ensure financial and operational success.
• Design and refine the client journey, ensuring a white-glove experience from consultation to follow-up.
• Monitor client feedback and implement loyalty programs or concierge services.
• Leverage data to identify repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• manage a diverse team, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Negotiate partnerships with product vendors or wellness brands to increase margin or introduce new opportunities.
• Manage relationships with referring physicians or influencers.
• Collaborate with the Chairman & executive team to define organizational objectives and key results.
• Resolves issues that arise effectively and promptly by being comfortable with conflict, addressing issues head on and solving problems in a healthy and practical manner.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, actively focused on team member growth to make the organization a great place to work.
• Creates written systems, processes, and procedures to drive efficiencies across the organization.
• Strong experience in a turnaround environment to rebuild and develop operational excellence & exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of 10+ years in operational leadership roles, preferably in wellness, MedSpa, or high-end hospitality or customer service-focused environment.
• Proven success in turnaround or high-growth settings.
• Strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service.
• Experience in scaling businesses and implementing cutting-edge technologies is a plus.
