We are seeking a highly organized and proactive House Manager & Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of a private residence and support a high-profile entrepreneur. This role requires exceptional discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage a dynamic household and travel schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the household, ensuring a well-maintained and organized living space.
  • Manage grocery shopping, maintain a reoccurring grocery list, and ensure the fridge and pantry are always stocked with essential items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, keeping up with daily tidiness
  • Handle laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes.
  • Keep common areas and living spaces tidy, ensuring household items are properly stored and organized.
  • Coordinate household maintenance, repairs, and services, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Plan and oversee travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics for both domestic and international trips.
  • Organize and oversee household schedules, including appointments, deliveries, and special events.
  • Assist with personal errands such as shopping, returns, and scheduling appointments.
  • Ensure household supplies, toiletries, and essentials are always stocked and replenished.
  • Provide occasional light meal preparation or coordinate meal planning and ordering.
  • Maintain an efficient filing and organization system for household documents, receipts, and expenses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve household-related challenges promptly, positively and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar high-level house manager or personal assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and household management tools.
  • A high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, often on short notice.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
