        RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

        1. Funnel & Conversion (Core Ownership)

          You have deep, hands-on experience owning and optimizing a full call-booking funnel, including:

          • Lead magnet conversion, CPL vs CPBC
          • Book, show, and qualified rates
          • Sales handoff, pre-frame, and pipeline hygiene

          You can quickly diagnose and fix:

          • ICP and positioning issues
          • Weak headlines, proof, or specificity
          • Broken VSL/webinar or booking flows
          • Scheduling friction
          • Missing nurture or ineffective retargeting

          You have personally owned CRO across landing pages, booking flows, email, retargeting, and creative testing.

          2. Paid Acquisition (Revenue Accountability)

            You have owned meaningful paid spend with disciplined scaling and strong unit economics, including:

            • Funnel-aligned account structure (cold/warm/hot)
            • High-velocity creative testing
            • Copy matched to avatar sophistication
            • Ad-to-page congruence
            • Sequenced retargeting
            • Methodical budget scaling


            3. Messaging & Copy (In-House Capability)

            You are a strong in-house copywriter who has:

            • Defined and refined ICPs
            • Segmented avatars by stage and pain
            • Turned outcomes into proof-backed claims
            • Written attention-stopping hooks
            • Increased conversion without “guru” positioning

            4. Lifecycle (Email & SMS)

              You have built and optimized lifecycle systems, including:

              • Segmented nurture and trigger automations
              • Reactivation and sales-support sequences
              • Show-up and post-call follow-up flows

              5. Analytics & Attribution (Operating Rigor)

              You are deeply numbers-driven and have owned:

              • End-to-end funnel dashboards
              • Clear MQL, SQL, and Qualified Call definitions
              • Channel performance by CPBC and qualified rate
              • Cohort and creative testing reporting
              • Weekly scorecards and monthly deep dives

              6. Leadership (Player–Coach)

                You are a proven player–coach who:

                • Is comfortable starting in the weeds
                • Owns execution before hiring
                • Earns the right to build and scale a team
