Position Overview
We are hiring an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation through closing.
This is a consultative sales role where success depends on understanding customer pain points and clearly communicating value.
Position Responsibilities
You will execute a structured and repeatable sales process while contributing to pipeline growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound conversion
- Run discovery calls to identify customer needs and opportunities
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Own proposals and deal progression
- Close deals with multiple stakeholders
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting
- Share market insights with internal teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience managing full sales cycles
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience selling into construction, trades, or similar industries preferred

Compensation: Base Salary: $75,000 USD + Uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings: $150,000+
