The Optimum Team is growing and looking for a Hyperbaric Nurse Technician to help take their team to the next level!

This role includes:

• Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy under the supervision of medical personnel.
• Conduct patient interactions, including explaining risks, discussing financial considerations, taking vitals, and addressing concerns.
• Carry out the diving process for patients, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain the day-to-day operations of the hyperbaric facility, including chamber maintenance, cleaning, and laundry.
• Complete accurate and timely patient charting and documentation.
• Assist with basic wound care as needed.
• Respond to any medical emergencies that may arise during treatment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Medical background preferred
• 40-hour Hyperbaric Training Certification preferred
• Comfortable working in a medical setting and handling emergencies.
• Experience in patient care, including vital signs monitoring and basic medical assessments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols and procedures.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in wound care or hyperbaric therapy.
• Familiarity with hyperbaric chamber maintenance and operations.
• Previous experience in a medical or wellness setting.
