Who You Are:

The Recruiter is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for various positions within the organization. This role involves leveraging various sourcing techniques and tools to find high-quality candidates and ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for the recruiting team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as Linkedin, online job boards, social media, professional networks, and other online resources to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build a diverse talent pool.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and gauge their interest and fit for the organization's roles.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to identify target companies and talent pools.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct initial screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and present qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about the organization and its opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the sourcing process.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to hire, quality of hire) to identify areas for improvement and ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, including candidate pipelines, sourcing success rates, and market insights.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies, processes, and candidate experiences in collaboration with the Executive Recruiter

Requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of recruiting management experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing and closing profiles in executive level positions
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing epic talent
